I know it is easier said then done. BUT Stay Positive. I know for me the 1st day of AF is always the most depressing then as teh days goes on i get more & more hopeful. It is a crazy rollercoaster ride. buckle up, throw your hands up & brace yourself for the up and downs. At the end of the ride it will all be worth it.

Awww, I so sorry. I know it totally sucks!!
I agree with this comment. The same goes for me. The first day of AF is so depressing, but it does get better as the days go by.
