Out a week early?
So I am supposed to get AF next Wednesday- well the b*tch showed up yesterday!
Its my first month off bc is that normal?

It happened to me my first month off the pill - your body is just getting used to operating w/o synthetic hormones.

I think it is possible your body may still be getting used to not being on the pill. Stress or being sick can also screw up your cycles.
I haven't been on bc in years and I got my period twice last month

Happened to me too my first cycle off the pill. I got my period 19 days later.

i went off bc and my cycles were 'normal' for 2 months, then the 3rd, 4th and 5th were quite different. i figured it took that long for my body to regulate itself and get out of the bc mode.
don't stress it.. everyone has different experiences coming off bc. Some people regulate right away, others take a few months.

I think it took 3-4 months for my AF to regulate itself.
i went from 21 days to 34 days to 28 days to 30 days, and now am pretty regular between 30-32 days.
