Other kids in your life?
Even though you are child free, are there any children who are part of your life that you really enjoy spedning time with.
I have 3 little cousins. Ages 4, 6, and 7. They were in my bridal party for the wedding. I'm closest with the 6 yr old but the other 2 are amazing too!
I really LOVE them and love shopping for them and playing with them but then I realize I wouldn't have the patience or will to want to have them around all the time.

1 "nephew" my BFF's son, 8 months old. He was born on my 4 yr wedding anniversary.

On DH's side, we have 2 nieces and 1 nephew and on my side my best friend has a son and daughter that I call my niece and nephew that I spoil rotten

I have zero children in my life. I have no nieces & nephews or any other kids that I see on a regular basis (except the ones I teach, but not in my personal life). I don't mind at all! I don't think I'm a "kid person"... although I'm not really sure since I don't have any experience with young kids or babies.

cousins babies, there are 7 altogether, I also have 10 nieces and nephews who I never see so it doesn't really matter (DH's side)

We have 2 nieces now and twin nieces on the way.
I also have two Goddaughters that I am very close to (one of them is sleeping in the guest room right now with my dog).
A close friend is a few weeks pregnant and I'm sure we'll be close as well.
My husband has a Godson that we try to see when we go down to Brooklyn.

My 2 yr old niece (god daughter)
My two twin 3 month old nephews
All three are my brothers babies. I love them sooo much and have so much fun when I'm with them
My BF has younger cousins who I adore. Two of them are 11 years old. One is 7 years old, another is 3 yrs old and the youngest is a year and a half. They are such great kids and we always have so much fun with them!

We have two nieces but they live far away and we only see them every couple of years. We pretty much live a completely childfree life.

I adore them.
I'm especially close to my sister's kids. She and I are close and as a result, I'm equally close to them.
I love those two kids as much as I've loved anyone. They're probably the closest thing I've got to having my own kids.
True story: One night I had a TERRIBLE dream about my nephew. It was pitch black, I couldn't see anything and all I could hear was him screaming "Noooooooo!!!!!"
It was so disturbing, I woke up in the middle of the night in a sweat and really upset. I almost called my sister because I just had this awful feeling something was wrong but it was like 4am and I knew she'd kill me for waking up so I didn't.
Well anyway, I spoke to her later that day and asked about my nephew. She tells me he had this terrible dream, woke up screaming and crying around 4am.
I was like OMG so did I...
I know it's probably a stretch but it freaked me out a little!!

My 12 year old step daughters.
I have no nieces and nephews and my besties are CBC.
I love my Step daughters. They also tell me if what I am wearing is not hip lol

We have 3 nieces and 1 nephew from DH's side and 1 nephew on my side. We're really close with the ones on his side. 2 of the nieces are also DH's goddaughters.

Absolutely! My cousin and DH's cousin. They were our FGs for our wedding and are two of the sweetest girls you'll ever meet. Both of them have had rough home lives, so we like to take them whenever we can, especially since they get along so well. Here's some pics of our misc. adventures!!

I have a few nieces and nephews, but the main child in my life is the one i babysit for... im with her for over 40 hrs a week and really feel like a 2nd mom to her!

I am really close to some of my students. My first student ever was my junior bridesmaid and one of the students I have been with for almost 5 years was my ringbearer. I do over nights with them alot.

I have a 16 year old goddaughter, we are very close, she is the child I didn't get to have, I am very fortunate to have a BFF who shared her child with me.
I have 2 nephews from my sister and 2 nephews and 1 niece from DH's brother/SIL.
I do have friends who have children too, but the 16 year old is practically mine!

My nieces and nephews are my life, but I think I'm closest to my husband's little cousins, 11 and 13 yrs. old, because they live right across the street from us, but I have to say, my 14 yr old nephew is by far the most amazing child.
