Organic Prenatal Vitamin Questions
Hi. I have 2 questions. First, The multi that I'm taking has 400mcg of folate (the natural form of folic acid) along with 300% of each Vitamin B (1,2,6,12). I swear by this combination to reduce PMDD symptoms, but was recently informed that I should be on a Prenatal. What's the difference? Should I not continue with a multi vitamin while TTC? And second, Can anyone recommend an organic prenatal vitamin brand? Thanks.

I am on Rainbow Light and they are 100% Natural prenatals. They are not Organic but made for Vegans.
