OPKs as pregnancy tests??
I have been reading mixed things online about this, so I'm wondering if any of you have thoughts. I am 6 DPO today, CD23. I used an OPK tonight just out of curiosity, and got a faint line. I'm definitely not analyzing it to mean anything so I don't set myself up for disappointment!! Any experience with this?

Re: OPKs as pregnancy tests??
you got a faint line on an OPK line test? that is normal. there is likely a small amount of LH in your urine.
no matter what CD of my cycle I test, I always get some sort of line.

Exactly. Using an OPK as a pregnancy test only works if the OPK is positive, and sometimes not even then

Yes, I used an OPK line test. I didn't think the line really meant anything, though. I had read online that some women use them before an HPT and it ends up being positive.

yes, IF the OPK is positive i've read the same. so, the test line must be darker than the control.
