OPK question
So this month we're using the Clear blue easy digitals and it says to hold your urine for 4 hours
before testing.
Holy cow I'm dying here. How do you all do it???

limit your intake of fluid too just so you don't have to go so much!
Usually, I will go around 1:30ish at work & know that I can't drink much & need to wait until I get home...I usually test around 5:30ish

I wasn't able to hold it for 4 hours. I usually tested when I got home from work (around 6ish). I tried to limit my liquid intake in the afternoon at work, but usually I lasted no more than 3 hours or so.

I'm having the same problem as you. I am currently doing WW and am supposed to drink 64 ounces of water during the day...which makes it darn near impossible to hold it in for 4 hours! Hopefully it isn't going to change the results too much.
