opk error....updated
today is supposed to be day 3 of using OPks....i am using the CBE digital opks. So I go to use it this morning and there is an error message (looks like a book) on the screen before I even inserted the test strip.
has this happened to anyone? Do you know what it means?
im upset bc I didn't get to test...I don't think I am getting my smiley today anyway but still makes me nervous to miss a day testing.
Updated: Ugh...ok so I called the helpline in the instructions. That error message I got means the test holder is not working. They are sending me a new box....which is nice at least I get free test strips....but now I have to wait a few days to get it and be able to test again

Oh no. I thought the book meant that the test strip was in right or something like that. Did you try another test strip just to make sure?

no there different messages with the book. If its a picture of a test and the book it could mean that the test strip was in wrong, but what I got was just the book on the screen before I even put the test strip in. They said that means there is a problem with the holder

Oh that sucks. Well at least you get some free test strips.

i would call them and tell them... maybe they will send you a new tester...
i would  anyway the next couple of nights... just to be on the safe side
