OPK clarification
Just curious from posts that I have read...you are supposed to test in the afternoon after you have held your pee for at least 4 hours.
I pee way more than that...how do you ladies do that?
Do you all test everyday starting at CD 10...we aren't TTC yet but just preparing...thanks!

I usually just try to plan it so that I pee 4 hours before I'll get home from work, then I hold it until I get home. During that time I try not to drink too much water.
If you buy the OPKs, they will tell you when to begin testing. The CD that you start on is based on how long your average cycles are.

You should test in the afternoon after holding your urine for 4 hours. Reduce your fluid intake so you can hold it that long. HTH and GL!
