OPK- best time to have sex.
Ok, so I know some of you ladies can catch your positive OPK at the beginning of the surge and then again at the ending of the surge. This may be a stupid question, but, is it best to catch the positive at the beginning of the surge or towards the end? which is most likely to result in pregnancy? Again, sorry if this is a ridiculous question.

i am wondering the same thing, I haven't had positive reading and I started doing the month supply and really feel it was a waste of my money.

Beginning -so his guys are there waiting for the egg. If you use test strips begin around CD10/12 and there will be a line a day or so before you actually get your peak, but it will be lighter than the control line. I'd begin BD then b/c it's probably a day or 2 before O. Then the next day or so you will see your line is darker than the control which is the peak and means you will O within 36 hours, so BD again.
This is what I do anyway. There are also other LH monitors that give smileys and tell you your 7 most fertile days. I haven't tried them yet.
ETA: I test morning and night because it might be a lighter line in the morning, but a peak at night.

To be honest I think it just is luck partly. I bd the 2 days before positive opk and day of and still didn't get pg last month. Unfortunately u can do everything right and still end up empty handed. That is why the process is brutal

Yes, but the most important days to BD is the day of a positive OPK and the 2 days that follow. Not necessarily the days prior. You should really BD the two days following a positive OPK next month. Good luck!

I was testing in the morning around 8-8:30

I was testing 2-3 times a day and started BDing when the line was almost positive on Thursday, then Friday, Saturday when it was very positive and Sunday when it was still positive. Did this when i got PG with DD and this time when i got my BFP.
