opk and dpo
ok i know this has been asked before but I just tried doing a search and couldn't find it...
so if I got my pos OPK today...what do you consider 1dpo? tomorrow or the day after? or even later?
I know i can't be 100% accurate without temping, but just wanna know how you ladies usually count it?

the way i did it this month was... got my  on thursday afternoon... so the most common time to O would be 12-36 hours... that put me at Friday night... so I counted Saturday as 1DPO... i might be wrong but unless you temp there is no way to know when it occurs exactly

Yeah unless you temp you don't really know. I'm not temping this month, but know in the past I usually get AF at 15 dpo, so I'm counting back from the day AF is due.

okay that makes sense....so i'll probably just estimate that if I got this morning than late tonight or early tomorrow would be when i O so ill just count sunday as 1dpo.
