Once in a lifetime chance to be my neighbor!!!
The line forms here. Yes it is true. The house next to mine is up for sale. It's located in Selden and reasonably priced. What makes this house worth more than comparables is that it is located next to me. If anyone is looking for a house and an awesome neighbor then look no further. HAahaha I am very nervous as to who might buy the house. Currently our neighbors are rarely home and stay inside when they are. I don't need some people that will cry when I have a party in my backyard. Ok rant over.
