Omega 3/DHA
My prenatal (target brand) does not have DHA in it and my OB left it up to me.. but she did she say she it is good for the baby.
I love the target brand, I couldn't stomach anything else.. and I would like to just supplement it.
Any recommendations about which brand? Nordic Naturals (scared of fishy burps), Expecta, Target brand DHA (I think that's what it is called).
Any suggestions would be very helpful. I'm can run to Whole foods during lunch, or go to Target after work.
TIA ladies..

see, i asked my ob for a prescription for prenatals, and she said the ones she recommends are OTC.. unless there are issues otherwise.. so, i won't be able to get one from her..
going nuts..

My prescription ones have DHA in them too and I like them. No issues. Plus, with my health insurance they're $10 for 90 days' worth - the same price as the Target ones, right? Or even cheaper?

Re: Omega 3/DHA
i take perscrption ones but I take them at night and I have no trouble with them. a lot of people on here have complained about the ones I take but taking it at night made a difference so maybe you could try that if you have an issue with the burping

Re: Omega 3/DHA
I've tried a few brands. The only ones that bugged me were the Little Critters gummy omega 3's from Target. DH wouldn't even let me open the bottle around him.
I've also heard keeping them in the fridge or freezer helps too.
