Anyone take a dha or omega vitamin?
If so what brand do you take and where did you get it. I try to eat foods high in omegas but I want to make sure Im getting enough brain foods for the baby! Thanks so much

I used to take Expectra Lipil for DHA before my OB switched me to a prenatal that contains DHA.
You can get Expectra over the counter.

I take Expectra. I had to order it from drugstore.com I've heard good things about it, and my OB is the one who recommended it. I have no side effects from it, either.

I take Citra-Natal DHA.... I got through my doctor as an Rx.

i take this one too - it's not made from a fish source - so there are no fishy burps.... so far - so good - and i've been taking it for like 3 months or so....

I think this is the same one I take.. Prima Care Advantage.
At my appt this week I asked my OB if there was another vitamin I could take because I am horrible at remembering to take both at different times. He told me I could take them both at the same time.. so I started doing that. He gave me samples of Duet and a couple others but Im just going to stick with Prima Care.

I take Duet DHA....it's 2 pills and I have had no problems with it.....although I need a presciption for it and it's $40 a month. I have been asking for samples every time I have an appointment and only had to pay for the Rx once.

I take the BJs brand omega 3 - it doesn't have any Vitamin A in it.

Duet now makes a generic pill - I was paying $50 a month for it until last month when my pharmacist told me they just started to make it. It is supposed to be the exact same pill. I now pay $10 a month.
