I think she mean that it would add a "punch" of color to any outfit... say an LBD, or jeans and a white collared shirt and heals.
I can't lie... I like it and I would definitely use it when I was wearing something simple and plain but dressy... basically something that needed color.

When I first looked at it, my automatic response was nay. But the more I look at it, the more I'm thinking it's ok, but just as a clutch. Not really feeling it as much when it's open to full size.

I kind of love it and hate it at the same time. I'm a big fan of colors so I definitely like that part of it...but I think the triangle shaped patches are annoying me. If you're going to have those kinds of colors on a bag, I think it should be a little bit 'unorganized' or messy. Not sure if I'm making sense or not.
Either way, like another poster said, if you're not gonna use it - chuck it.
