What about Half Hollow Hills? This is farther east than I want to be but looks super nice!

that house has been on the market for a long time - im not sure why.
HHH schools are pretty good. deer park borders Wyandanch, which is not a very safe area. I am not sure where the house you posted is located exactly.

That house was on MLSLI almost 2 years ago when I started looking. It's not real. I called and could never get a straight answer out of anyone on it.

This was on the market when we looked. If you look in the description, it has a "deer park" zip code, which doesn't make any sense....I would steer clear. It has been at least 2 years on the market

We saw that MLS when we first started looking. DH made some calls and all that he could find out was that the people with the first accepted offer were in a legal dispute with the seller because he was looking to raise the price after they were in contract...something like that. Who knows if it's true but the house has been up for a while.
