I just got my positive OPK yesterday.... last night my back was killing me and I felt pressure on my ovaries...DH thought I was having "phantom symptons"Chat Icon


Now today I feel bloated, my back hurts, Im achy around the ovary area like a cramping feeling. This is the 1st time off the pill so I've never felt this before and Im just nervous because I read that you should only feel pressure on one side of your ovaries...but I cant really tell if the aches are coming from only one side.
I kind of just feel it in both...

Anyone else experience this?

Am I most fertile today?
