Ohhhhhhhhhhhh Tempers....a question..
I wake up and take my temp at 8:55 every morning.
This morning - I woke up at 8:29 and had to use the bathroom. I literally was up for 2 minutes - went and went back to bed and FELL RIGHT back to sleep. Dave woke me up at 8:55 and i took my temp.
Is that temp out now - because i had been up and about?

it really should not have made that much of a difference
if that happens again, i would take it at the time you woke up if its only a matter of 20 minutes

i so had no mental capacity to stop and take my temp - i had to go sooooooooooo badly that it woke me up out of a sleeping pill induced sleep...
