OB help - Suffolk

I'm just wondering if anyone goes to Patricia O'Sullivan in Oakdale and if you can tell me what hospital she delivers at. My OBGYN was Michelle Polidoro and she moved to NC so now I'm trying to decide if I want a midwife, a regular OB or what. I'm so confused! I was just released from the RE on Friday and I'll be 7 weeks on Wed so I'd like to try and get this figured out this week.

I'm also considering Stony Brook Midwives and Stony Brook OBGYN in Sayville. Any info on any of the 3 practices would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

I use O'Sullivan and love the practice very much. Once you are pregnant you do see all the doctors. She is my doctor and after 5 appointment I have only seen her 1 time. They practice is affiliated with Southside in Bay Shore. The only problem is when you have an appointment after about 10:00 in the morning the wait can be very long. I do recomend them. Good Luck!

Not sure if you are only looking for a female OB, by my OB, Dr. Kiran Trivedi, took Dr. Polidoro's practice over and is a total sweetheart!! He is totally approachable, caring and really puts me at ease! If you don't mind having a male OB, give him a chance!

I don't have any info on the doctors you mentioned but I wanted to mention the practice that I see. I go to Suffolk OBGYN. I go to the Port Jeff office but they also have an office in Patchogue, not that far from Oakdale. You see about 5 doctors in the practice while you are pregnant b/c any of them can be on call when you go into labor. But, I have loved all of them. They only do deliveries at St. Charles in Port Jeff.

I also use O'Sullivan. But like the PP said, you have to see all the doctors in the practice. I have seen her a few times, very nice.
It does get pretty busy, morning appointments are best.

I used to see her but after waiting forever I switched to Dr wagner at WGM in Huntington and ENPT. Dr Osullivan goes to Southside and MAYBE Good Sam

I go to Oakdale, and the dr's delivered both my kids. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They are great drs. No complaints. I can't say enough good things about them.

I delivered at Southside and had great experiences also.

I go to Dr, O'sullivan and really like her. She was very helpful when I was TTC. The only downside is you have to use all the doctors in the practice when you are pregnant. They deliver at southside.
Overall I really like the practice.
