I would do whatever is best for you and your family, but postponing your wedding may throw them off. They may be looking for some stability, and something to look forward too, and your wedding may be just that. I would speak with them (and your FH) about it. Best of luck to all of you!

I agree- I planned my wedding after my Mom passed away- and it was the one posititve my family had to focus on
you can still be there for them and have your life move forward

It's your decision. I postponed my wedding for a million and one reasons, and it turned out to be a better decision than I could have known.
However, I don't think you should let anyone take your life away from you. It's not about the day at all, but if you're ready to marry FH, please go for it. you can be there for your family AND get married. They have each other, and your sister will work herself out. You are about to embark on a new life with your FH. Don't let anyone take it away from you. Don't start changing your plans or lviing your life for someone else, you will not be happy.
And as other posters saiud, your wedding might be a bright star to focus on and it will be good to keep the stability of what you've planned.
And don't postpone unless you absolutely have to. Even if you know you are still going tog et married, it's really heart-breaking, not to mention expensive. I hope you come to the decision that is right for you
