NOV/DEC moms
I cant believe it!!! My dr just gave me #s to lamaze classes and when I called they said that the next one is like oct 20+. They are 6 week classes so it will run right into my 40th week. Anyone still without lamaze? Do I need to take it? I cant believe my dr didnt tell me how screwed I actually am.
(due date DEC 1st)

I wasn't planning on taking it...I want to get a BF class in and an infant cpr class though. I was just going to watch a dvd on lamaze

I am doing a one day class (actually tomorrow), but I know that there is also a one day October class - it is at St. Catherine's in Smithtown. There are also private lamaze instructors who will come to your house.
I think that most of the courses I looked into were 4 weeks. My doctor told me I could go any time after my 28th week.

I *think* we both go to the same docs and to be honest I took lamaze into my 40th week and when I went into labor the nurses told me everything!!!!
I wouldn't worry about it - the nurses will totally take care of you.

I wouldn't worry about it - the nurses will totally take care of you.
I go to contemp women. So u r suggesting I dont take at all? That works for me if thats the case

I am delivering at st catherines! That would be PERFECT! But I didnt hear anything about lamaze there...r u going in oct? Do u have any info? TIA

I gave birth last November and didn't take a lamaze class. The nurses in L & D told me everything I had to do when I got to the hospital.

We are taking a Saturday class on Oct. 7th, its childcare, birth, and it covers lamaze .. I am not doing JUST a lamaze class by its self..
