New to temping questions
I just started temping this month and I'm 5dpo. Just curious what to look for during a 2ww temp wise. My body temperature is rather low anyways (I assume bc of my autoimmune disease). And also what are traphasic patterns to look for? I read stuff online but I am still confused.

If you are 5dpo, did you already see your temp rise? That is how you confirm O. Once you see the temp rise, you just want to see your temp stay high as that indicates that you are pregnant once you are past your AF due date. Not all women get a triphasic temp shift. I didn't with either pregnancy.

Oh thanks! Yeah I am using Fertility friend and it drew the cover line and all. I also had a spike in temp today at just 5dpo. My temp the last 4 days were roughly the same and 97.58-97.6 and today it went to 97.73. Do temps rise like this at 5dpo? I'm not sure what to expect! I never charted with my daughter. Thanks!
