New gym routine

So DH will be traveling for work until the beginning of June. (He will stay in NY Monday - Friday and I will stay in SC with the kids untiL i finish the school year)

So with all my new found time, I want to make an effort to go to the gym 4-5 days a week.

I figured I can take advantage of this time and really concentrate on losing weight.

So what do I do? I can go to the gym up to 2 hours a day (that's the max for child watch).

I want to lose and tone.

Any suggestions?

Any place I can find a routine to follow?

You could get a few personal training sessions and have the trainer set you up with a program

Or does the gym have classes? There is a boot camp type class at my gym that is amazing- I can see the results by the next day- seriously

I go once a week and then do cardio on the rest of the days b/c of time- if I could I would take more classes- it's like a free trainer

I love the classes but I feel like they don't do as much as cardio/weights do.

Maybe I'm going to the wrong classes. I'll check it out.

Oh yea, and I completely forgot, I get 2 free trainer sessions!

cardio and classes and you should be good

look for a total body boot camp type class

and take those 2 training sessions! that's great!

What kind of classes are you taking?

I take RPM (a spin style class) 3 times a week, Body Pump (a barbell with weights class) 2-3 times a week and I work with my trainer 1 time a week on both strength and endurance.

Spin classes are an awesome calorie burn and great for the lower half.
