New moms....gym recommendations?
I live in W. Babylon & need to get back in the gym after having the baby. I don't want to join for years or anything, just maybe 3 months to get back in shape. Any recommendations?
If they have a personal training program that would be great too.

Hi, Fitness Incentive in Babylon Village is great. They even have free childcare. I took Ava there with me when she was an infant. The do have personal training. They also have a 3 month membership for about $200. Good Luck!

Awesome....I was just reading a review about them. Do you know how much the personal trainer is?

Not sure how they are in NY but I absolutely love the YMCA! The childcare is awesome and the facility and equipment is good too.

I agree! I would be lost without our Y in los angeles- the daycare is awesome, the price is great and the whole family pays one price. They also have swimming lessons included for Grace at mine.

I go to Synergy in West Babylon on Montauk Hwy. They do have personal training although I'm not sure of the price. The people are nice, it's clean and I like the classes (I'm a yoga regular).
