New construction site on Rt. 110
Does anyone know what they are building next to Houlihan's on Rt. 110 in Farmingdale. It looks like they are starting the foundation.

There's another spot directly next to (left) Houlihan's that ground is being broken. It looks like they are preparing to pour the foundation.

They are supposed to be opening a Melting Pot Restaurant on Rte. 110 in Farmingdale but I wasn't sure where. Maybe there?

Houlihan's just put their sign on the building yearlier this week.

I just emailed my friend who works in that vicinity...I will let you know if I get an answer. Somehow she knew about all the other stuff that was going in over there.

they tore that one down near adventureland, and are building one near wal-mart.
the melting pot is going where the brazilian bbq was.
it looks like its going to be a fast food place, but its anyones guess!!!

"if you are coming up 110 going towards Amityville their is going to be a houlihan's then next to it in a little strip mall their is going to be a chipotle grill and panera bread then next to that their is going to be a chili's "

I know the spot you are talking about...it's just north or Houlihan's but in the same parking lot. I saw it today but I don't know what it will be. Anyone know when that Chipotle place is opening?

Yes, that's the spot.
I passed Chipolte's today and it looks like it could open any time now. All the tables and booths were in.

I am SOOO excited! There used to be one growing up in Forest Hills, but I never got a chance to go and it closed down!!!
