Nervous-hugs please? UPDATE
I attempted going to the doctor today, but was not comfortable with this doctor, because she did not give me a comfortable bedside manner & she spoke broken english and I could not understand her at all...
So I left the office, with an appt for tomorrow with a different doctor
I left there in tears How can they not tell how nervous and scared I was? I was just in the ER monday Morningm and this was a new doctors office for me because of my sh!tty insurance.
Anyways, I thought by going today I would feel better tonight, but now I am just even more full of nerves & cannot stop crying

unfortunately, I live in Rhode Island. Anybody who has referred me to their doctors, either are not with my stupid Humana Insurance, or are not taking new patients. I had an appt for 2:30, and did not even get in till 3:45 today. I just got a bad feeling from this doctor...I will give it another chance tomorrow tih the other doctor, and the head nurse has assured me she will take care of me herself. I pray I am happy with this doctor tomorrow because todays visit left the worst feeling I have ever had in my life

I hope SOMEONE can put me at ease. The only family I have here in my husband. So its kinda hard not having anyone else around to be comforted by. Don't get me wrong, he has been totally great, but a hug from my parents would feel great right about now

Try to calm down
Good luck with your next dr visit with you new dr.
Sometimes it may help you to write down any questions you may have beforehand - that's something I usually do especially when I am nervous

Well, after almost no sleep last night because of my nerves, I went to the doctor today.
WOW...what a different experience
What a great, amazing doctor I have now. He was VERY nice and very caring, and just a really nice person who I felt I could trust and talk to.
I had my blood pressure done again and it was perfect.
I also had a sh!tload of bloodwork done. My glucose is high. I have been put on medication. And I am going to meet with a nutritionist next week to discuss the proper ways to eat and the proper things to eat.
I go back in 2 weeks for my results.
What a relief! I felt the stress just melt away when I left there. What a relief!
Thanks for all the hugs guys, it really means a lot to know people are concerned and care.
