Need more breakfast options for my 16 month old
What do you give your toddler for breakfast. I'm running out of ideas and hes getting bored!
Right now we do:
Waffles Pancakes Muffins Cereal Yogurt
He doesnt like eggs. What else?

My DS HATES eggs too, I try constantly. He's not a fan of pancakes either.
He eats: french toast sticks (almost every day ) sometimes I'll give him a yogurt or a container of baby food cheerios nutri-grain bar breakfast sausage mini-waffles

Re: Need more breakfast options for my 16 month old
DS doesn't like eggs that much when served alone. But if I make a spinach omelette with cheese, he'll gobble it up.
I defrost a tiny bit of chopped spinach (I keep frozen veggies in a ziplock and defrost a little at a time for DS's meals) Then I mix it in with the eggs when scrambling them. Before they're done cooking, I sprinkle a little shredded cheese (cheddar, taco flavored, mozz... whatever I have in the fridge) <-those are store bought, preshredded cheeses btw...I think the omelette is delish and so does he.

Add cheese to the eggs... that may help. My son loves them scrambled soft with a slice of cheese melted over them.
Oatmeal? Fruit and yogurt dip?

Re: Need more breakfast options for my 16 month old
-cinnimon raisen bread toasted with cream cheese and jelly or hummas. -biscuits -french toast
every morning my son pretty much has the same thing. He has fresh fruit with oatmeal and milk and then a half of a waffle, piece of CRaisen toast, french toast, few biscuits ect
My son loves eggs but I don't give him eggs for breakfast ever! I usually make him a fritata for lunch or dinner when he does have them

Re: Need more breakfast options for my 16 month old
DS is so picky about breakfast. He's obsessed with cereal bars and almost always asks for that. Occasionally he'll eat cream of wheat. He used to like french toast sticks, but stopped eating those a long time ago.

Re: Need more breakfast options for my 16 month old
Loey eats oatmeal (made with a bit of water and mostly milk with a pinch of cinnamon) with blueberries and bananas EVERY.SINGLE.DAY.
Other breakfast items that he will sometimes (and I mean SOMEtimes because you just never know with him!) eat (just not for breakfast):
cinnamon raisin toast with butter, jelly or cream cheese
buttermilk pancakes - sometimes i'll add in banana, blueberries or chocolate chips
french toast
eggs - scrambled, over easy, frittatas, omelets, hard boiled
waffles
whole wheat toast with butter or jelly
mini muffins - blueberry, chocolate chip, banana, things like that
bagel with cream cheese and lox

Re: Need more breakfast options for my 16 month old
I think what you have listed already is a pretty good variety. My DD (2.5) has cereal pretty much everyday. I do buy the variety boxes so she can pick something different. Once a week we usually have french toast sticks

I give either Earth's Best toddler oatmeal (BRU carries it) or regular. Whatever I have in the house.

Re: Need more breakfast options for my 16 month old
another tip about eggs, DS loves them cooked in butter, if I use oil, olive, canola, or any oil, he will not eat them. cheese always helps too.
