need help FAST... re: hornets Nest...NOW WITH PICS and update
HOLY...BEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPP 
i was just out front looking at the front yard trees nd stuff with my mom and found a HUGE i mean foot ball sized hornets nest in the tree in front of my house.. im now freaking out and need to know who i call to have it removed... Terminex said they just treat it they dont remove... i WANT IT GONE! i just read that if stung it can be fatal someone please tell me you can help!
sorry my camera was not focusing on the hive but... its not like you can miss it!!

UPDATE:
We called around to orkin, suburban, terminex, they all wanted over $375 to remove it. that we just couldnt afford..
i then called... DQ Pest control lastnight at 930pm and they charged us 275 and were here by 11am! THANK GOD ITS GONE.... he said there was over 1000 bees in there and i was petrified that my dd is allergic and i would find out the hard way im so greatful they are GONE GONE GONE!!!

usually when we find a nest we wait til nighttime. Then get hornets nest spray....it sprays a few feet away so you can run into the house after you do it. In the day DO NOT GO near it in case u have survivors. The next night I would go spray it again and ck the next day.

That happened to us a few years back. DH waited until night time(they are dormant at night). He set it on fire and knocked it out of the tree(we had a hose handy ) and let it burn and then put it out. DH is a little crazy(his BFF helped too) but it got the job done.
BTW: We couldnt find anyone to remove it either and I have a HUGE bee phobia.
ETA: There was not a Bee Spray in the world that could have helped this. It was about the size of my daughter when she was a year old

We did this as well, but our was in a tree roots, so easier to get to. The third night I poured boiling water down too.
and I too do the spray from afar and RUN!

We just did the same thing. After DH sprayed it, he used the hose to dislodge it (it was near one of our windows). If you haven't dealt with it already, definitely wait until the sun starts to go down.

We had one like that a few years ago. DH sprayed it two days in a row at night with his paintball mask on and long sleeves and long pants on. Then on the third day he positioned a garbage can below where it was, had his brother ready with the lid to the garbage can, knocked it into the garbage can and then quickly closed the lid. It was soooooooooooo gross! I watched from our second floor window with the window closed just in case!

I would recommend that if you and your DH aren't comfortable handling it youself, hire a company to take care of it. We have used Arrow Exterminating in the past and they have done good, clean work!
Another idea, have your DH snap off the branch it is on, bring it to the street, douse it with the spray and light it on fire in the street.

that is what we did.. if you can't find anyone to call to remove it..
just go out at night and spray.

we had a yellow jacket nest - and used long island exterminating to get rid of it for us - they spreayed and then dug it out of the ground for us - i wanted it gon ebecause my dh is deathly allergic and we realized when he tryed to do it himself
they were fast about coming also
