UPDATE:
All is well!!!!!!!!  The bump is actually baby growing!! Who knew it could happen assymetrically at first?  Doctor said the rest of my body will catch up and things will even out. I guess baby likes the left side for now. We really thought it was a hernia from the stomach flu I had. Now I feel like an idiot. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers.
Good news is that we got to hear the heartbeat!!!!  
I am so glad everything is okay!!!!!!

Glad you got to hear the HB..it is the best sound in the world.
When I look for my baby's HB it is always on the left & has been that way since the beginning.

I didn't see this UNTIL the update...so it made me giggle [at the end]. So glad your baby is just having fun with you!!!!!
I have my own funny story about this...Yesterday, when I woke up, I decided to have a little fun with the baby...the baby will iinevitably kick/punch...whatever if I lie on my back. So I roll over and wait. I had already lifted my shirt to see if my bellyjumped...All of a sudden, I feel the baby moving around [turning more than kicking] and my belly takes this odd shape...the baby had curled up fiercely in a ball all the way to the left. the entire right side of my belly sank. It was hysterical to look at...if you touched the left side, you could feel the hard lump that is our baby...I am still laughing at it now.
