THERE ARE SQUIRRELS ALL OVER, WHAT WOULD CALLING 311 DO? IT MAY BE TAME FROM PEOPLE AT THE PARK FEEDING IT.

i have an ever better question...what was the alleged squirrel doing in a baby stroller when you spotted him?

I dont think you should stay away because your daughter will only fear squirrels and the park in general.

I have to agree with this squirrel problem, we call this squirrel the Crazy Squirrel. I go to the same park and last year a little girl was eating a cracker and fault of everyone we would feed the squirrel thinking it will get food and then go away .. Anyway the mom wasnt paying attention and the little girl was at her last cracker and the squirrel jump up on her stroller and bit the girl..
Every since this has happened the squirrel is still going after people ..
And we told the park attendant and he is so old he was like OOO dont eat in the park ...

I would call 311 if you think its an "overly aggressive" squirrel.
I would also try to take my daughter back to the park so she can conquer her fear.
Just a suggestion, You may want to write in lower case with punctuation. Writing in all caps without punctuation makes it difficult to read.

I would think to go back to the park and if you see the squirel in question call animal control to come over and get it. An aggressive animal should be removed from a residential setting.

Yes, and in addition, in the world of internet, writing in all CAPS is considered to be "yelling."
Sorry, I have no advice about the squirrel situation, other than find another park if it really bothers you.

When I was a supervisor at the beach, a woman screamed at me that she wanted her money back because the seagulls were trying to eat her food - best call I ever had in close to 20 years of working at the beach!
