Need a restaurant reco.....
Tired of the same places over and over....
My mom is taking the kids tomorrow and I'm planning a nice night out with the hubs....
We're huge steak eaters and love steakhouses.....
We've already been to Abel Conklins, 21 Main, Mortons, P&G and Prime.
Any other's that we can try????

Mortons
I also like Red in Huntington. Its not a steakhouse but I had amazing steak there.

I haven't been to Old Fields in years, but when I was there, I was really disappointed. (Which bums me out because we live near by.)
Always liked The Clubhouse! We were regulars when we lived in Woodbury.
Black & Blue in Huntington Village is excellent!

So funny Christine - we just went to Mill Pond last month with friends....was totally thinking there but we just went.
I just realized we haven't done Prime - thought we did. We did the one in Vegas and it was amazing....wondering if the one here is just as good.
Ahhhh, decisions, decisions.......
I'm torn between Prime and Rothmann's......

When we lived further west, DH and I were regulars at Mac's. Pricey but good. Excellent wine list as well.

Tellers in Islip, Uncle Jack's in Bayside, Lugers. The worst steakhouse experience I have had and possibly one of the worst restaurant experiences was at Frank's. Service was awful, food came out wrong and was mediocre tasting. I've had better steak at a regular restaurant or even outback..

This was the one on Jericho Turnpike.

The Primes are unrelated. I like the one in LV better. Prime in HV is good, but it's not where I would go for steak.
Rothmann's is good (I'd go there before Prime for steak), but the last time I was there, a bunch of us agreed that they over salted their meat, but the staff was great. I'd go back with the assumption that they just used too much salt that night.
