nanny leaving...gift?
I'm leaving my job to be a SAHM so this is our nanny's last week. she's been with us for two years.
we're giving her extra pay for staying with us until the end and not leaving us early for another job.
should I give her a gift too? I have no idea what to get her though.

depending on how much you want to spend you could give her a GC for:
A mani/pedi
Spa day
or a restaurant GC

When we let our nanny go (because we were moving) we just gave her extra money for staying on until the end. It was a sizable amount. I'm sure she appreciated the extra money, rather than a $25 gift.
