As of now what do you expect by Wed. am (commute time?)
Not enough to cancel school.
But the drive home at 3 PM will be a nightmare, right? 
This far out, I will not give specifics by the hour. Each school district has their own set of rules as to when they cancel school, or do early dismissals. I am from an area where 2 feet of snow in a day is the norm, so I am not the one to ask about opinions on commutes.

They might start closing schools soon, for wednesday!! But to tell you the truth this time i have a feeling were going to get hit with the storm.. Friday i knew we weren't.

I don't know about you, but I'd rather see a foot of snow than 8 inches of snow and quarter inch of ice. But that's just me.

I remember when I lived upstate , we never had school closings, they would cancel the buses ,but you then needed to walk I think we had a 2 hr delay like once
