My heartrate right now
...is 103 beats per minute - and Im sweating and I feel like my heart is beating really hard.
My normal rate is 80-83 beats per minute - whats going on?
God I just dont feel well today!

I had half of a doctor pepper at lunch but I also had 5 or 6 hersheys kisses  maybe thats why?

I agree. If your BP is high that could be dangerous for you and the baby...keep us posted and feel better.

There isnt really much point in calling the doctor right now because Im about 2 hrs away from her anyway! Im at work...I'lll try and take it easy and hopefully it will go down.

I would definitely call, it might be something serious. The doctor might tell you to leave work early and come in to get it checked out.

Its actually going back down on its own, I'm in the mid-high 80's now. Wow that was weird. Im still sweating but I think its just the pregnancy.

Glad you're feeling a little better. I would call your Dr.'s office anyway and let them know what happened. At least it will be noted in case it happens again.

These are also symptoms of hypoglycemia. It could be that the Dr. Pepper and chocolate caused a high in your blood sugar which then bottomed out. If this happens again, try having a small snack of protein & complex carbs -- like cheese and crackers or a half of a sandwich and see if it helps.

Yes I actually am hypoglycemic. But this didnt feel the same as it normally does when my sugar crashes. If ithappens again Im going to call my dr and let them know.
