My Hat Goes Off to Parents of Multiples...
I do not know how you do it, unless you have massive help, patience, coffee, or alcohol! Even then, not easy.
I watched one of my son's friends a couple times last week, and both boys behaved reasonably well (my son less well), but they are 2. So there is only so much you can expect from them. I was so tired at the end of the day. Both boys are two weeks apart, so I kept thinking, this is what it would be like to have twins! So exhausting!
My hat goes off to all of you who have more than one. There should be a special place in heaven (or the afterlife of your choice) for you.

i was at the park the other day with the 3 kids and someone said to me "wow....i would kill myself, thats too much work" So I kind of laughed and said "well, we have good daysand bad days but they are great kids" so.......she then told me i should've given one away so i wouldn't have to divide my time and she was 100% serious. i looked at my beautiful babies and wanted to cry....or hit her  I got my older DS and we went to a different spot in the park

WOW! I am always amazed at what comes out of mouths of complete strangers...what a thing to say!
I agree with OP ...when I babysit I say the same thing to myself all the time!

I was a one cup a day tea drinker for the first 36 years of my life... overnights on the radio, masters degree, first year of teaching, taking care of my father after his stroke while working FT.
Never, ever, ever had a cup of coffee, never needed a cup of coffee... I could go 24 hours a day... until
 and  
Now I'm up to at least 36 oz. a day

OMG!!!! that is sick 
And to the O/P....Thank you! I also think anyone with 2 under 2 or 3 or more kids fit into this as well. Actually all mom's are special. Its the hardest job in the world and IMO, none of us..with one or 10 children get enough credit.
I actually feel like I cant do it daily but somehow do...and know that God only gives us what we can handle and there's a reason/lesson in it all ( though most days I fail to recognize that)....

They are completely exhausting and there have been (and will continue to be) days where I just break down and cry. We have no help and no family down here....BUT.....my twins are the shining light in my life.  I didn't truly know what unconditional love was until I had them.

If my older DS wasn't there I would have had a few more choice things to say to her!!!!!!

Thank you...It is a challenge but like others say it depends on the day. I just added another one to the mix and I cant even imagine what the next couple of months or years are going to be like but oh well it pays off in the end...

Yes it is difficult sometimes when I am alone with the 3 of them which is most of the time but just like anything you deal with it. To be honest it really isnt that bad as I thought it would be at 8 months. The first 3 months were the hardest but I have to say I have really good kids that havent had any health issues, they STTN and nap when they are suppose to....well most times..... I think it all depends on your atitude and personality.... I am pretty laid back with my kids and this is why I think they are so calm....again most of the times.....I do feel for those Moms of multipke that have a diifficult time with the kids bc when it comes down to it... you only have 2 hands and somebody is going to be left out.....
Ok I am rambling so I will shut-up.....

Me too!! I am in denial about whats to come!
You will survive just fine!!! MY DS was just a month over 2 1/2 when my twins were born.....and we had some really hard days, but for the most part once I got a routine down we were OK....and now the babies are 5 months and my DS just turned 3.....and we are all surviving!!! And I can't believe how fast the time is going and how quick all 3 of my babies are growing!!!

I say that all the time once having only ONE baby of my own. I always used to babysit...but having to meet the childs needs all day each and every day, I don't think I would be able to handle more then one. My hat goes off to them as well.
