Please pray for him. He had to have 3 stents put in and the blood flow hasn't stopped. We were told to go up and see him because he could die The neurologist said his aneurysum is soo rare.
Updated 10-5-07 - Thank you all for your prayers!!!
My father in law is still in serious condition. They can't remove the aneurysm so he is like a ticking time bomb they said. The dr said he shouldn't even be alive. He has never seen anyone go through what he did and live. His original aneurysm did burst weeks ago but then sealed itself back up to form an aneurysm again. He said he has never seen anything like it. My father in law has no idea what is going on. They want his pressure to remain low so they are not telling him everything yet.
He has tests all morning. And will go for routine MRI's for a very long time. He is on aspirin but that could also make the aneurysm burst. It is just so scary. The dr was very pleased that he was able to get 3 stents in. He said it is a very good thing.
I believe that his faith and the power of prayer is really getting him through this. Thank you all for your continued prayers. It really means a lot.
I am working from home today. I just can't get myself together to go in today.
Stony Brook. I just want to go home. I can't even concentrate at work. I can't believe how fast life can change. One second we are all BBQ and the next he is in the hospital.
