my evil SIL strikes again
I can not even put into words how much I hate this ******!! I went to the Jersey shore for the weekend for my girlfriend's bachelorette party. DH had a training class in the city so he went to hang out with his brother (he lives on the upper East Side.)
So DH said they were drinking at their apartment and everything was going well enough until SIL started getting a buzz. So she starts telling him how rude I was at the dinner (for DH and his twin brother's b-day dinner) and I didn't even kiss her hello. So my BIL jumped on the bandwagon and they tag-teamed DH. DH was like, "are you kidding me?! The last time Nicole went to kiss you hello you turned your cheek on her." This apparently was news to my BIL cause he was like, "did you do that?" and she was like, "well I can't say I didn't." 
So then a whole bunch of other things came up (ie: her asking me not to be in her weddng photos, he not coming to my bridal and now my baby shower, etc...)
BIL and his wife kept trying to play it like SIL was the victim and I make things so difficult for her. DH wound up storming out and he plans on taking a break from his brother. I'm so upset for my DH, but I'm also f'ing pizzed off about this.
I don't know who the hell they think they are teaming up on him like that. I have never done that to my BIL, so I don't know why he thinks he has the right to do that to DH.

That stinks, but it is nice that DH stuck up for you. It sounds like a break from BIL is a good idea, even though it's likely that he will never realize what a monster his wife is.

I am in the same situation and ahve been. DH's brother and his wife hate me for no reason also. They would try to talk DH into not marrying me all the time w/ made up stories. Eventually he just had to walk away from his brother and unfortunatley now they dont have much of ar elationship. it's very sad and I feel horrible for DH, but BIL and SIL are also horrible people we DH doesnt want to be aroudn them anyway.

Sorry to hear that Nicole Maybe this will open your BIL's eyes to his wife's lies. I hope it gets better and your DH and BIL work it out. It's nice to know your DH stuck up for you!!!!

sorry to hear about your dh having to put up with that - (and for you to have to too!) - Maybe his taking a break from his brother  will cause them to see the error of their ways.....

I really am ready to beat this chick down. Just give me the word.
My SIL is much more subtle- she just asked my DH and my hairdresser that I referred her to whether I was "mad at her" and she didn't know why. Basically pumping them both for information on stuff I said about her. HUH???
what is wrong with these girls????
I am so sick of hearing how "they" are the victims in this.

Fortunately, everyone except for my BIL knows that she's an opportunist. None of my in-laws see me as the culprit, they see my SIL for who she is- an evil f'ing biatcch!!!
