Thank you everyone for your thoughts. It really means a lot. I wish I could say that I found him, but I haven't. I went out at 10, 11 PM and 1 AM and 4 AM just shaking the food and calling his name. I've been out today delivering flyers in everyone's mailbox. The food that has been left out (inside the building) and outside has been untouched.
I've been crying on and off. I'm starting to lose hope. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Cats are pretty resilient. A friend's indoor cat got out recently and came back when they had just given up hope.

Another Lifam poster had this very issues this past yr. He disappeared for days but returned. Everyone here sent positive vibes.

My cat was gone one November for 28 days. Like a PP said, cats are very good at finding their way back. Hope he comes home soon!

I hope you find him soon.
Make sure you look in every nook and cranny in the house. We had a kitten that we thought got out. Looked for her all day and finally found her INSIDE the back of a pull out sofa happily sleeping away.
Another time my grandfather had just come home from a trip and we could not find our her for over a day. I was broken up at school thinking she was gone. My mom was walking and driving around all day looking for her.
The next day my grandfather went to get some socks out of his drawer and she popped out. I guess while he was putting stuff away, she snuck in and went to sleep and then he closed her in there.
Hope it's something easy like that or that he just wanders back soon!
