My baby boy, J. Reilly is finally here!
Our gorgeous son was born on Sunday, June 7, 2009 via an emergency c-section. I went into labor on my own on Sunday morning at 3:32 am and was contracting like mad. We arrived at Winthrop @ 5 am and I labored until 4:35 and then was told that his heart rate was down to 59 (due to pictocin) and I needed an emergency c-section. Within minutes he was out. When my water broke it was full of merconium but I am so blessed that he is just wonderful and perfect and HEALTHY. I am in terrible pain now and we are home. There is no greater joy than looking into his eyes.
