Re: MTA/LIRR Updates?
Heard LIRR is still suspended. I think MTA subway and bus started up at 4:30.

Re: MTA/LIRR Updates?
Just read on the NY Post website that some trains will be running by noon tomorrow with the remainder probably running by 3pm.

Re: MTA/LIRR Updates?
Supposedly most transit (subway and bus) will be running for the commute tomorrow. This does not include Metro North and LIRR.

mta.info says NYC trains and buses should be moving by 6am tomorrow (I think there might be exceptions for Staten Island). But there will be delays and less trains than usual. So if you have to go to work, make sure to leave plenty of extra time!

No. It says that the Staten Island Railway and the buses will be running (but nothing about express buses)
They will start restoring subway service at 6am.
They aren't sure when MetroNorth and LIRR will be back
