Yes! I have a double-strand bracelet all sterling silver w/ Swarovski crystal birthstones for my boys. It has a toggle clasp that says "Miracles".  My sister made it!! (she has her own business)

I've used this lady for my bracelet and my DD's as well. Her work is fantastic and she boxes everything and ships so nice too! Custom Bracelets by Lisa . Everything is completely custom fromt he clasp that you want, beading, stones, size etc. I would highly rec her!

I know that MegsM3 makes the mommy bracelets - and they come out great. I ordered one from her once. I think I posted it awhile ago - I'll look for the pics.

Here's mine. I take lousy pics and couldn't find my polishing cloth.  It's prettier in person! 
All of the beads are sterling (she used several different styles) and the Swarovski crystals in ruby and peridot.
