I only listen to Sirius since I got it in 2005.
I seriously can't stand commercial radio anymore. It's awful.

Z100 for YEARS however lately I find myself changing the station...like today Greg T was once AGAIN sticking his head in the toilet bowl and you had to guess what song. I still love them but I do switch now and then.....maybe I'm getting old.

There are only commercials on some stations, like Howard's channel, and Maxim radio, and other talk radio channels. All music channels are commerical free!

and
not on the music stations.
But,
I listen to howard in the morning and Bubba the Love Sponge in the afternoon, talk radio has commercials on Sirius, buit is still better than regular radio crap.

When I lived on LI I listened to z100 - I miss them so much - the morning show in Albany is not very good.

Usually XM radio - just music.... but if I feel like listening to talk, it's either 94.3 or Z100.
I used to like BLI until Randy started there. His voice puts me in a bad mood.

I'd give anything to listen to Waking up w/the Wolf again.... Morning radio on LI bites.....
For some reason I can't get Z100 where I live now, so I'm stuck w/the worst morning show ever...WBLI. I opt for no radio or XM radio.

funny thing is, I started out on Z100 this morning, then switched to O&A when the commercials started. O&A were playing audio of what I just listened to on Z100, and complaining about them.... 
O&A do a LOT of complaining about other radio stations... 
haha thats funny, i missed that. what were they saying/complaining about?
They complained about all "holes" (their term for female DJs.... and how they don't contribute anything to the show, but always have stupid comments, etc.
They complained about the topics Z100 talks about, how each person talks/reacts, etc. Very childish stuff. I like O&A when they talk about topics they are interested in, but when they go into their grade-school whining and complaining, I change the station.

i am getting old... Z100 and all those FM stations just annoy me... i want news in the morning, not music and prank phone calls.
I find myself listening to WOR 710 AM. If DH is with me, he wants 660 for WFAN. I also flip between 880 and 1010 for news and traffic and weather.
Your not getting old.. All the BS is getting old!!! I feel the same way as you!!!! I listen to Sirus satellite in the morning. No commercials & no annoying dj's
