Month 1

Today is CD1 of month 1

I have no idea if I will be regular (doubt it) and accordingly have no idea when to BD and when to test. I'm assuming this will be a throwaway month anyway and hopefully I'll learn more about my cycles, but when would you try to BD and when would you test? (and how often?)

It depends on how long your cycles are. Are you talking about testing with OPK's. If so I would start testing at CD10. I would BD every other day starting on CD8 and when you get your positive OPK BD that day and 2-3 days after.

its hard to say unless you know how long your cycles are. since going off the pill i have had like 40 day cycles so i O later.

wasnt planning to start OPKs yet. maybe we will just try to BD every few days starting CD9 and test at CD28 and every few days after that until AF?

we winged it this month.

i marked my calendar for a 28 day cycle. i'm due tomorrow night/early friday. since it's my first month off bcps i had no idea when i'd O or get AF but i figured i'd go off the norm which is 28. i remember my cycles before bcps were regular and about 28 days give or take. i

we just did it every few days like we normally do minus protection. we didn't do it extra or on certain days.

when i get AF i'll use the # of days it took for this cycle to predict for next month. we might have sex more frequently though to increase our odds

if my cycles are really wonky we figure a lot of sex every week can't hurt

I'm confused...i always though you counted 14 days from day one of your period..is that right?
