Work full-time (4 days a week; 8am-5pm). DH is a teacher & coach.

We are very lucky that family watches DD every day. A cousin watches her one day, and MIL the other 3. She gets dropped off at 7:30am and picked up at 5:30pm at the latest (when DH isn't coaching it's by 4pm usually)

DD goes to day care 3 days a week, and my MIL watches her the other 2 days a week.

When i worked, DH and i both left at 7am and worked til 5pm. DD was in daycare full time.
We have no family here in CT that could watch her.
Daycare is costly, reason why i quit with #2--2 kids in the infant rooms $$$$$$$

We use in-home daycare, a state licensed lady who happens to live 5 houses down. She has 4 kids and I love her. I drop her off between 6:45 am and 7 and pick-up between 4-4:30pm. DD loves it there and I've actually really grown to love the help and advice my provider gives me. She's a wonderful, loving woman and she keeps an immaculate home!

My DD is in day care, usually from 7 or 7:30 to 4 or 5, depending on when my DH gets home from work.

My grandmother Mon-Wed; My MIL on Thursdays and my mom on Fridays.
I work Mon and Wed-10:30-4 (can be later though); Tues and Thurs 9-5; Friday 9-1

I am gone 7-4 m-f..my dh goes to work at 12 noon m-th..he is home on fri. m-w my father watches ds from 12-4 and t-th my fil watches him...my ds is going to be a mans man!!

DH and I work 8:30 to 4:30. Jacob is in daycare during that time.

I work 4 days a week, but thats pretty much full time. My son is in daycare, I had 13 months maternity leave and he went in at a year old. He freaking loves it. Its fun fun fun all freaking day.

Day care - anywhere between the hours of 8-6, but I refuse to keep him there from 8 until 6, I try to limit it to 7-8 hours a day...

DH and I have rotating schedules. Our jobs are 24/7 and we have no family out here. Daycare doesn't open for our schedules. So, we work opposite schedules. Every week we work different days/hours. We did not want a nanny taking care of our baby.

We will be using family Child care and its from 8:45-6pm. I work 9-5:30, DH 9-whenever.

I got back to work Dec 17th and my mother and MIL will be watching DD. I work in the city so my days are full ones...I usually get home around 6

I'm a teacher, so I'm out of the house from 7:30-4:30. A nanny watches DD 3 days/week, and I drop DD off at my parents' 2 days/week (which is conveniently located in the town that I work).

Over the summer when I'm off, we have guaranteed our nanny 2 paid days per week (although the hours will be shorter and I'm sure she won't work many of those days!).

I work 6:30-3:30 M-F
DH works 7-4/5ish M-Sat

My Mom or MIL stays with DS every morning on Wed-Fridays they drop him off at daycare @ 9 and he is there until 3:30 when I go home..On Mon & Tue they hang with him until I get home..

My husband took a job working nights M-F so that he could stay home with Ava all day. It's hard because we don't see each other M-F, but he has all weekends and holidays off now. Before, if his shift fell on Christmas, oh well. So it's worked out really nice for us.
As far as hours go, I work 7:30-3:30 and get home anywhere from 4:30-6, and he works 4pm-midnight. It works for us.

DH watches DD and then works PT after I get home from work. Our schedule is that I am gone 7:30-4:15. Then DH is gone 4:45-10:00. It's not the best situation for spending quality family time together but DD gets the best of both worlds with DH and then myself.

She is in a day school in preschool from 7:30 to 1:30, then our babysitter picks her up at 2 when they drop her off and sometimes i come home between 2 and 3 but if not, the babysitter drops her off at my mom's at 3.
I work m through thursday anywhere from 12 to 3.

then when i'm in school, i live by 5:30 when my husband is arriving from work.

I work M-F, 9-5 and DH works a rotating schedule 6pm-2am. DS is with DH all day M-F and on days we have overlap (when we both work) he drops DS off to me and I drive him home.

It's hard because we don't have weekends off today (well, not all the time) so it means a couple nights together during the week and days on the weekends, but DH usually sleeps most of those days

My mom fills in when DH has an appointment during the work day.

I have been using the same daycare for about 9 years.

I work 7-3. DH works 9-5.

DS is in daycare across the street from our office from 9-3.

It's a great balance for us.

My dad watches Kerri....I leave at 7:15ish and DH is home at about 2:30

Nate goes to day care M,T,TH,F from 9am-5:30pm, On wednesdays he goes to my ILs house.

Jayden goes to the ILs house M,W,F and DH watches him T,Th unless he has to go to court.

I work 9:30-10am to 5:30-6pm. DH goes to the office MWF about the same hours.

I go back to work in Jan. With my commute, I am gone 7:30am-7pm (DH is gone 5:45am - 7pm) Right now the plan is daycare, but we are also looking into nannies.

My husband doesn't leave for work until 12:30ish. My mom comes 2 days a week at 12 and watches her until I get home. On those days I tend to run late since I know that I can get errands and such done since Mom is with her. The other days my DH drops her off at daycare at around 12:15 and I pick her up between 4-4:30.
