Molars Affecting Eating?

So it appears 13 1/2 mo DD has two molars coming in, bottom right and top left and probably bottom left soon too. I'm surprised because I thought they would come when she's older. She also hasn't shown her typical teething signs like she has with her other teeth and sleep has been ok. I just stuck my finger in her mouth today to see what was going on and discovered them.

So do molars coming in affect eating? She's been very finicky this weekend and feeding has been a struggle. Or just a stage?

My almost 15 m has 4 molars coming in at once. She definitely foes mit eat how she normally does. Only wants soft, easy to chew foods or a bottle / sippy cup.

Yup. It definitely affected my DDs eating. Her first molar came in about a month ago, and she has been really picky about food since. Her bottom molar came in quickly, but the top ones have been coming in so slow. Parts cut weeks ago and other parts are still trying to make their way through the gum.

Yes, my daughter is a great eater, but when she had a molar coming in I can hardly get her to eat anything.

I'm so happy I saw this because DD is going through the same thing. I was wondering if it was ok to just keep feeding her the same thing because it's all she'll eat. She used to eat EVERYTHING and now she'll eat like 5 things.
