2 year molars/eating ?
Is it normal for a hunger strike when they are cutting 2 year molars? DS has refused to eat anything for about a week now. Is this normal with 2 year molars or something else to be concerned about? He has been on an antibiotic since Thursday for a double ear infection and is getting over RSV/horrible cold. Any thoughts?
TIA- It's been a long week.
ETA- He will eat fruit snacks though, and popsicles, but that's about it.

Re: 2 year molars/eating ?
Im going threw the same thing. I believe he is cutting his molar but aren't 100% since he wont let me open his mouth. He has refused certain foods that he used to eat and its so annoying I know when DS isn't feeling well he doesn't eat much either. So maybe he's not eating from both the cold and the tooth. Hope he feels better soon and eats for you

Re: 2 year molars/eating ?
My son is eating very little as well. At time he is shoving his finger in the back of his mouth so I know the molars are comging in. He does also have a cold and has started pulling at his ear (could be teething related as well).

Re: 2 year molars/eating ?
My son goes on hunger strikes with all his teeth. He is cutting his last 1year and is so picky about what he'll eat except snacks (for the most part)! My older son did similar when he was teething. He'd only eat soft foods.
