Miralax
is Miralax safe to take during pregnancy? i am a little over 5 weeks and miserable, and afraid straining is going to hurt the baby! Sorry TMI but i bought all this high fiber food, plum juice, and nothing seems to be working! TIA.

I don't know about the miralax but had similar problems around the same time. Ask your OB for prescription prenatal vitamins with stool softener. That helped for me.
And drink hot water with lemon and honey
