Re: milk production
I wouldn't take fenugreek unless under the supervision of a LC. Why do you think your supply is low?

Re: milk production
I found a recipe for no bake Lactation cookies off Pinterest. They were good and easy to make.
As for keeping up supply, the most important thing is to stay hydrated. Drink lots of water, Gatorade, etc.

You should not have to use anything-frequent pumping should help establish your supply.

I don't think you need them unless you have an actual supply issue.

Your production is based on supply and demand. So, the more milk you pump out the more you will produce to replace it. I would think frequent pumping with a good pump that fits you well will help most. Drink lots of water, eat plenty, and try not to stress.

This exactly. I never took anything, only pumped and breastfed and was able to create a nice size stockpile for when i went back to work at 3 months.

Same. I pumped one ounce (almost) every day from about 6 weeks until I went back to work at 12 weeks and I never had to supplement. Once you get in the groove you will be fine!

This is true for most, but not all. I EP and have had to supplement w/ formula from day one even though I was pumping every 2-3 hours round the clock. I just never had a good supply and now that I take Lactation Support supplements and domperidone, I'm still only producing 16oz/day at almost 6 months PP. It used to be 10oz/day.
OP, I wouldn't take anything unless you have a low supply - making less than baby takes each day.

Re: milk production
Water, eating enough, pumping enough, also oatmeal is supposed to help. I wouldn't buy anything special to increase it unless low supply becomes an issue.
