Get a head of cabbage, freeze the leaves. Put the frozen leaves in your bra and leave them there until they wilt then replace. You will smell like sauerkraut, but it helps!
Also, a TIGHT fitting sports bra, Motrin and ice packs.
Don't let the hot water hit your boobs in the shower.
Mine KILLED so bad, it hurt worse than my stitches down below. I was crying on the couch begging DH to get me ice and motrin.
But it was gone in a day or 2, using the cabbage, thank GOD!

Agree with NervousNell....after giving birth to both of my kids I got them wet by accident and I was in agony both times. Cabbage leaves worked wonders.
