Sunday - Shrimp and Veggie Stirfry and fried rice (homemade)
Monday - baked fish, roasted zucchini squash and potatoes
Tuesday - turkey enchaladas
Wednesday - leftovers
Thursday - grilled pork chops with sweet potatoes, and some kind of green veggie
Friday - possibly go out or leftovers if any
Sat - Wedding

Sun.- leftovers
Mon.- Pot Roast (Cook's Illustrated recipe-so delicious), with veggies, and buttered egg noodles or mashed yukon golds.
Tues.- Oven baked BBQ ribs, beans, cole slaw
Wed.- Shredded chicken burritos, black beans, all the fixins
Thurs.- Stuffed shells with meat sauce, salad, garlic crescent rolls
Fri.- B-day party

Sunday: Beef Stew w/ Egg Noodles, Biscuits and House Salad
Monday: Fried Chicken cutlets, Mac & Cheese, Burnt Broccoli
Tuesday: Spaghetti w/yellow Squash and Roasted Tomatoes, Garlic Bread, Simple Rocket Salad
Wednesday: Pizza
Thursday: Lemon Pepper Pork Loin, Crispy Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potatoes, Sugar Snap Peas
Friday: Ginger Soy Salmon, Edamame, Brown Rice, Asian Style Salad
Saturday: ??
Edited to change Monday because I forgot to buy tortillas!!

Sunday: Sushi, mmmmm
Monday: Hotdogs and Chips
Tues: Turkey Tetrazzini made with Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Celery and Smart Taste Rotini (late office night)
Wed: BBQ Rib Eye Steak, PW Crash Potatoes, Steamed Veggies
Thurs: Leftovers/ Soup & Sammy (probably a tradition Armenian Turkey soup with Barley)
Fri: Pizza...Spinach & Roasted Garlic for me and DH, regular for DS
Sat: TBD

Mon: BBQ chicken breast, mustard greens, black eyed pea salad and cornbread
Tues: Out
Weds: Meatloaf, egg noodles, peas and mushrooms gravy
Thurs: Curried chicken salad pitas, quinoa and roasted asparagus
Fri: Out
Sat: Parmesan tilapia, rice pilaf and balsamic veggies

Monday- baked ham with pineapple, sweet potatoes, and veggies at my parents'
Tuesday- chicken pasta primavera
Wednesday- Tacos and Mexican rice
Thursday- baked chicken cutlets, stringbeans and broccoli sauteed in garlic and oil, corn, oven baked rolls
Friday- ? maybe homemade pizza

Sun: braised brisket with carrots, mashed potatoes, corn
Mon: chicken cutlets, rice, black beans, avocado salad
Tues: gnocchi with gorgonzola (didn't make last week), sauteed kale
Wed: lentil soup with greens and pastina, warmed baguette
Thurs: homemade pizza night!
