If you're not eating the dressing - that's a lot better. To answer you question about Chinese food, never said it was healthier than McDonald's - but I also wasn't posting about doing a specific diet and then posting about eating Chinese, which I believe is why people were questioning your meal choice.

ro...just r emember, don't eat there salads everyday. once in a while its ok. and if you want to use their dressing, just use a drop.

OK..Im going to admit when I opened this post I was like..Wait..I thought she was on the Cabbage Soup Diet?
Now, I know it's holiday and its tough, trust me..I give you soooo much credit for even trying a diet..I have no will power and need to change that. When I had the surgery last week I had NO appetite what so ever and barely ate..Let's just say, my appetite is back now and today was not good. I was a PIGGY!!
Take it one day at a time. If you truly, truly want to do it, you will!! Please be careful and only eat it once a day! Follow the plan that Bri gave! Im sure if you eat too much of the soup your belly will be in PAIN!!
